Through the Years
Like everyone, (mainly everyone) I started on Piczo. I had a site called vintagepony-.piczo.com, well actually I think I had a couple before. But that's the main one where I learned most. I learned a bit graphic making, HTML, et cetera et cetera. But after awhile, after discovering tons of amazing sites, Piczo seemed dull and boring. I wanted something new, professional. I tried Webs(formally called Freewebs), and really didn't last long there. I tried and failed, tried, failed, really I didn't understand it. So I tried hosting, (bad idea I know, didn't understand Freewebs, how would I understand FTP?) Nonetheless, I still applied for hosting. Everywhere I'm not kidding, I seriously tried everywhere. But no one really wanted a hostee with so little experience. One lovely day Lyn accepted me. And basically was a mother figure to me because she helped me with everything. So I thank her very much. :)
Though, you know, you can't really stay in the nest forever. I wanted something bigger, something my own. My wonderful stepdad bought me a domain for me from Parade Hosting, and I was quite happy. Then school closed and I wanted my own summer all to myself. Take a break, just to have one. But after awhile, like after a month of just facebook and msn, and boring shows and friends who were all at great cottages. Me, home and bored decided to pick it up again. Looking at my website with fresh eyes and seeing all kinds of amazing sites, I was determined to get my site just as great. I tried XHTML and soon started making my own valid XHTML and CSS layouts, from tinkering with Audiorush.org's premades(now Dear Agony). But Paradehosting is not the best host, in my experience at least. So I had to quit, once again. After having a couple 'blog urges', lmao, I applied for hosting at Sophie's site. She accepted me and I'm quite thankful! So here I am! :D So that's where I am now.

Why'd You Pick That?
Actually, there is no real reason behind it. I just liked the sound of it, because when I was little I had one. So it's like security and warmth in a way.
